Our Focus Areas

Educational Advocacy

Our advocacy training programs teach young women to identify educational inequities and advocate for anti-racist curricula and improved school climate in their schools.

Digital Literacy

We provide immigrant children and youth with essential digital literacy and numeracy foundations—creating pathways to success in an increasingly digital society.

Language Support

We offer ESL classes and educational support specifically designed to help immigrant girls overcome barriers and continue their education in the United States.

We disrupt institutional inequities by empowering the next generation of leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate educational systems, advocate for anti-racist curricula, and create inclusive learning environments.

We envision a Connecticut where all immigrant girls and young women of color have equal access to quality education, where their voices shape institutional policies, and where their diverse experiences enrich our communities and schools.
